That’s why we offer a Lifetime Warranty on all of our The Doggie Doo Bag Dispensers & Waste Carriers. Our warranty reflects our confidence in the craftsmanship and durability of what we create. We take every precaution to make sure our product is in top condition before it ships to you, but if you have received a manufactured defective product we will gladly send you a new one. The warranty does not cover if the product is damaged in shipping or any damage to the dog poop waste bags.
